When I try to connect the NJORD GO to Wi-Fi I get error wrong password, but it is not.

If your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) is too long and doesn’t appear fully in the app when you try to connect, the device may interpret the password incorrectly. To resolve this, try renaming your Wi-Fi network to something shorter and attempt the connection again.

Another possible cause is that your Njord Go has received an update that added a new Bluetooth service. If your phone hasn’t detected this update, it may cause connection issues, such as the Wi-Fi password being sent incorrectly to the device.

Try the following steps:

  1. Remove Bluetooth pairing:

Open your phone’s Settings.

Go to Bluetooth.

Find Njord Go in the list of paired devices.

Tap it and choose Forget or Remove.

  1. Pair the device again:

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both your phone and the device.

Start pairing a new device.

Select Njord Go from the list.

Follow the instructions in the app and enter the PIN code shown under “About my device”.

  1. If the issue persists:

Perform a Factory Reset on your Njord Go:

Open the app → Advanced Settings → Factory Reset, and follow the instructions.
