How does the PIN code work on NJORD© GO, and what if I lose it?
The 6-digit PIN code is used only for pairing NJORD© GO with the CTEK app. It is not a theft-protection feature, as the original code can be retrieved by CTEK Support if needed.
The PIN code is included in the envelope inside the NJORD© GO giftbox together with the manual. Keep it safe for future use.
If you have lost your PIN code, you can get it back:
Open the CTEK app
Contact Support through the app
Provide the serial number printed on the bottom of your NJORD© GO
CTEK Support will then retrieve and provide your original PIN code (not a reset).
