CTEK Assist for NANOGRID™ AIR
How do I update the firmware on the NANOGRID AIR?
Download the firmware file:
Go to https://www.ctek.com/support/software-firmware
.
Scroll down to NANOGRID™ AIR.
Download the latest version under “Firmware updates”.
The downloaded file will be a .zip file. Unzip/extract it on your device to access the firmware file (.enc format).
Access the NANOGRID™ AIR interface:
Make sure your NANOGRID™ AIR is connected to your home network.
Open a web browser and enter the IP address assigned by your router when the device was first installed.
You can usually find this in your router’s connected devices list.
Log in:
If this is your first time logging in, use the default credentials:
Username: ctek
Password: ctek
You will be required to change the password immediately after logging in, then log in again with your new password.
If you have already logged in before and changed the password, use your previously set password instead of the default one.
Install the firmware:
Scroll down to “Firmware Upgrade”.
Select the .enc file you extracted earlier.
Click Upload.
Wait for the message “File upload complete, reboot to upgrade”.
Click Reboot to start the firmware update.
