CTEK Assist for CS FREE
The CS FREE is fully charged, but it doesn’t charge the connected battery
Make sure the battery has at least 3V of charge.
Make sure the clamps have good connection with the terminals.
Check the charging cables for cracks and other defects.
Check the pins for the connector on both the charging cable and the charger.
Make sure the connector is seated properly in the charger
