Slow Charging or No Charging

Try this solution

Check if the load balancing communication cable is connected as instructed to the external energy meter

If the cable is correctly connected, check the energy meter shows the Rx/Tx Symbol. This symbol indicated active communication.

If the Rx/Tx is not displayed, re-check if the external energy meter has address "222"
